6 Steps to Cloud Accounting
As a starting point it is necessary for you to register your interest in the FDW Cloud Accounting service. This can be done easily by completing the registration form and submitting to us via the website.
Your Personalised Strategy
Once we receive your registration form we will contact you to arrange a meeting free of charge. The purpose of the meeting will be to develop a “Cloud Accounting Strategy” document for your business. This will include a quotation based on the level of service you require.
Setup of your Cloud Accounting Service
Once you are happy with the strategy suggested we will proceed with setup of your system. We will need to set up your FDW client profile and bring your accounts up to date. We will then register you on the decided cloud accounting package and ensure the cloud accounts structure is bespoke to your requirements.
Monthly Cloud Bookkeeping Service
In accordance with the agreed strategy, we will carry out the monthly cloud accounting service. This will include the input of purchases, payments, sales, receipts and payroll.
Quarterly Cloud Reporting Service*
In accordance with the agreed strategy, we will carry out the quarterly cloud reporting service. This will include the preparation of the management accounts pack, submission of required VAT returns and other Revenue filings.
